You can return any product within 28 days of the purchase. Though a majority of the products can be returned but however, personalized goods, any toiletries, mattresses, underwear, and swimwear for hygiene and safety reasons, any refurbished items, and any clearance items marked with a red dot or sold as seen items or any Mamas and Papas products bought from other retailers can’t be returned. Besides, all of the returning goods must be in good condition with original packaging and labels. For initiating a return, fill in your return note that comes with your order and includes it in your return parcel. Also, include a valid proof of purchase in the parcel and send it to the nursery brand via any recorded courier service.
You can also return the unwanted products in any of the Mamas and Papas stores. Finally, you have to bear return shipping charges but if you are returning defective products then the brand will also refund you the return shipping charges.
