You will need to return your returning goods in resalable condition and in original packaging within 14 days of the delivery. Though a majority of the Home Bargains products are eligible for return but however, the following products can’t be returned.

For returning your goods via post, visit Home Bargains website and authorize your return. Then follow the instructions and create your return label and print it. Now repack your goods and attach this return label with the parcel. Make sure that the returning packaging is secure. Now send it to the brand via any recorded courier service or via Collect Plus. Remember to retain your postage proof until the final return. Returning goods via Collect Plus will cost you 3.49 pounds per parcel while you have to bear return shipping charges when you are returning your goods via the courier of your choice.
But if you are returning any faulty product, then Home Bargains will be responsible for the shipping charges in addition to a full refund. You can also return your online purchases to any of the Home Bargains Stores. For store returns, you will need to take your goods to the store with valid proof of purchase.

If you want to return your goods then you must authorize your return online and create the returns label and pack your parcel carefully.
