Online purchased products can only be returned through the mail and not directly in stores. The returning products should be unused and have all the tags attached.

Returns are very easy and simple with H&M. You can return back through two possible ways. One way is to go and directly return to stores. But this option is unavailable currently due to the pandemic situation.
The other way is to send it back through the mail. For that, you can fill and use the return label you get along with the product. And send it back through any of the carriers for free such as Hermes and Royal Mail. You will get your refund within two weeks through the same payment method you use for the purchase.
