Floryday is a multinational apparel and fashion retailer that specializes in selling women’s clothing items, footwear, accessories, jewelry, and bags.  The retailer displays products of the most famous apparel and fashion brands, and it has therefore become one of the favorite shopping destinations of UK women. Besides the UK, the retailer also sells its quality products to almost 100 countries and regions of the world.

The brand offers a range of women’s clothing including tops, jackets, knitwear, dresses, swimwear, playsuits, footwear, and accessories like bags, jewelry, belts, and much more.

The retailer has a great returns policy and if you are up to a return then the retailer you can return the goods whether you are a UK citizen or living outside the UK.

Floryday offers full refunds however the consumers must pay their shipping charges and all applicable import duties, fees, and taxes. Though you can return a large number of products still there are some exceptions. The following goods are non-refundable.

  • For a return, you must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the items.
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition. If you return damaged goods then the brand will not accept these goods for refund/exchange.
  • Intimate body clothing or other such products including sleepwear, bras, undies, tights, socks.
  • Shoes must be returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
  • Personalized items but you can return personalized items if they are faulty.
  • Pierced jewelry like earrings.
  • Swimwear is non-returnable if its hygiene seal is opened.

All other items except the above-mentioned are eligible for return and if you want to return an item then you must do within 14 days of the delivery. The return process is simple and for initiating a return, you have to contact its customer support team that will guide you through the process.

You must repack your items in the original packaging and send it back to the retailer via a recorded courier service.

If you want to process your return then you must contact the support team within 14 days of the delivery and then return the parcel in the original packaging via recorded mail service. After receiving your return parcel, Floryday will send you a notification email and after the email, you will receive your refund as per your original payment method.

    Cannot contact you cannot connect on line
    Really disappointed as the items are not as pictured
    Says”sweater” its not its a very cheap printed top which is completely shapeless not fitted like the picture
    Absolute con as you know it can’t be returned

    It seems reading these comments that you sell good under the label of being able to return. Seems this is wrong.
    Even goods that haven’t been tried on seem to have a non return policy.
    Your clothes etc are expensive, but when they don’t come up to the sizes stated, then something is dreadfully wrong….
