Fat Face Returns Policy
Certain items like facemasks, fragrance, and other grooming products unless faulty, are non-returnable. Besides, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken. And if the item to be returned is tainted with make-up, body lotions, perfumes, or body odors then that item is also not eligible for a return.
All other items except the above-mentioned ones are eligible for returns within 30 days of receipt and you must inform the brand in writing within 14 days of the receipt regarding your intention of returning the goods. But if your goods are faulty then you are entitled to a full refund as well as shipping charges. All of the returnable products are considered for return only if they are in their original shape, with labels still attached and filled returns section of your delivery note.
Finally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will pay the additional return shipping charges. But for faulty goods, the brand will pay you the shipping charges in addition to a full refund.

The process of refund is simple. If you want to return a product then you have to fill the return section of your delivery note and send it to the brand in original packaging via any of the following two options.

- Carry it yourself to your nearest Fat Face Store
You will get an instant refund if you carry your return parcel to the nearest Fat Face store. While via post refunds may take 21 days after the arrival of your return parcel at any of the brand’s warehouses.
