Evans Returns Policy
Though most of the items are returnable however return is not available for some health and hygiene products. Also, if your item is soiled or tainted with makeup or any odor then such product will not be refunded.
For initiating a return, repackage your item with great care and with original labels and invoices. After repackaging fill in the returns form present on the reverse side of your invoice and then send it to Evans via any recorded delivery service.
All returns are processed within 10 to 14 working days. After this period, Evans will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Finally, Evans will not refund your original shipping charges but if you are returning a defective product then your shipping charges may be refunded.
