What Is The Return Policy Of Crew Clothing?

Crew Clothing is one of the few brands that give a long return time. It offers you three months to decide if you like the product. You can quickly return the unworn products in their original packaging within the time frame and the original receipts, labels, and tags in the package.

You can either opt for a refund or an exchange. With every order, you will get free pre-paid returns labels. If you don’t have them or lose them, you can create a QR code on the official website.

How Does The Refund Policy Work?

When you return the item through post, you will receive the refund within 14 days after the item reaches the company. The time may be longer in the peak seasonal sales.

For faster returns and refunds, you can simply visit the closest Crew Clothing Store and produce the respective invoices and bills along with the item. In the store, you can process the refund straight away. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 days to process the refund amount.

What Are The Ways to Return Crew Clothing Products?

You can easily take the item to the nearby Crew Clothing store for a refund or exchange. Take the receipt or the despatch confirmation note and present the card you used for the purchase. They will not refund to any alternative payment method.

If the payment is made through PayPal, they exchange the products for the same value. But if you want to opt for a refund, you will have to return through post only.

Return By Post

You will have to complete the returns form you get with your order. It is on the reverse side of the dispatch confirmation note. Enclose the form with the item and use the pre-addressed sticker provided along with the Returns form for labeling the parcel.

Postal charges will apply for the returning goods unless stated otherwise for the order. Crew Clothing strongly recommends customers keep the postal proof safe to safeguard the returning parcel as they are not responsible if the goods do not reach them.

Once the parcel reaches the company, they will send an email to confirm the arrival of the parcel. They will cross-check and verify the product before initiating the replacements or refunds process.

The replacement/refund process begins within five business days after its arrival. All the refunds go to the original method of payment. If the payment is through PayPal, you can only exchange for other items of the same value.

What Are The Return Conditions For Crew Clothing?

Crew Clothing does a thorough cross-checking of returns. Not all the products are eligible for return or replacement. 

Unless faulty, Crew Clothing does not accept returns of earrings or undergarments. They accept only unworn swimwear for returns, and they must have the hygiene strip and original labels intact.

If there is a difference in prices between the returns and the new exchange products, they credit it to the bank, or you will pay extra for the new order. All the replacement items have free delivery charges.

No exchange or refunds are possible if the products are purchased from department stores or other outlets. They are exclusive to their outlets and websites.
