How to Cancel Your Butlin’s Holiday Bookings?

Cancelling the Butlin holiday package is a tedious procedure. Here is how it works-

  • First, you have to call the company asking for a cancellation.
  • If you are cancelling for reasons like sickness, jury service, bereavement, or redundancy, you will have to send written proof of that. You will have to email a scanned copy of the proof at holiday.protection@butlins.com. You must send this 48 hours before the start of your break.
  • The company will cancel your break. You will have to wait for a few days to hear back from the Butlins to know whether you will get any refund or not and the amount of it. The total refund amount might get reduced further due to bank charges.
  • You will get the refund within 28 days (if you get any).
