Dune offers returns on almost all products, but customers have to return their products within 28 days from delivery. There are some conditions which you must adhere to while making any returns which are as follows-
- All products should be returned unworn, unmarked, and in their original package.
- With your order, you will receive return paperwork, duly fill it and send it with the return package.
- Dune does not accept returns on facemasks and earrings due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return Your Package?

Return Options for Online Purchases
Free returns
UK customers can avail of free returns using any one of the options mentioned below. Keep the posting certificate with you, which the brand may require if your package gets lost.
Royal Mail: Print the royal mail label, attach it to your package and drop it at the post office counter.
CollectPlus: Attach the CollectPlus label on the package and return the order to any UK convenience store.
Store Returns: Dune will accept all return packages in their standalone stores for UK costumes. You will have to show the delivery note you received with your parcel as proof of purchase.
Return Options for Offline Purchases
You have to take your product to any Dune store with the original package and tags. You can either ask for a full refund or exchange. The return must be made within 28 days, but the return period is 14 days for sale items.
A Dune refund takes around 14 days once the company receives your package. They will run a quality check for the product to ensure your package has unworn or unused products with original tags intact. You will receive the refund in your original mode of payment.
If you paid via PayPal, your order isn’t eligible for a store refund, and you must return it to their warehouse.
